**Q: How do I delete my account?**
A: Contact us at contact@ai-wuxiaworld.ink and we'll process your request.

**Q: Is my game data private?**
A: Yes. Your game saves and session data are private to your account.

## Gameplay

**Q: Can I replay a game from the beginning?**
A: Yes. Start a new session from the game selection screen.

**Q: Why did the AI generate something unexpected?**
A: AI responses are non-deterministic. If a response seems off, try a different choice or start a new turn.

**Q: How many games are available?**
A: We're actively adding new games. Check the Games page for the current selection.

**Q: Can I play without an account?**
A: An account is required to save progress and track usage.

## Ink Drops and Billing

**Q: Where can I review top-ups and charges?**
A: Open **Account & Usage**. The balance, top-ups, and grants belong to the shared ai-Xworld wallet. Spend defaults to successful Wuxiaworld turns; switch to **All products** to reconcile Party or other product charges.

**Q: Is token usage combined with Party?**
A: No. Only the ink-drop wallet and its ledger are shared. Each product measures model-token usage separately, so Wuxiaworld shows Wuxiaworld tokens only.

## Technical

**Q: What browsers are supported?**
A: Any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We recommend the latest version.

**Q: The AI response is taking too long.**
A: AI generation typically takes 3-10 seconds. If it takes longer, check your internet connection.

**Q: What does "token usage" mean?**
A: Tokens measure how much AI processing your session uses. See the AI & RAG Explained page for details.
